My Guest Book :(

Hi - for anybody familiar with my website, please ignore the guest book. At one time that served as a movitational tool for me. Hearing positive thoughts and advice from family, friends and fans.....some near, some far. Something I could always look back at and reflect upon, kinda like a yearbook. Now it is totally tainted by people and scummy companies thriving on making a dollar selling illegal prescription drugs. For months I would go out there and delete those ads, it has gotten way out of hand now and I can't keep up. Next time my webmaster "revamps" the site, we will be omitting the guestbook.

On a more positive note, best of luck to my friends Eboni & Joe as they prepare for (with my help :) the Mid-Illinois show in Ottawa on April 1st. Your both doing fantastic....keep up the good work, your almost there! I'm very proud of you both!

XOXO
Debbie

The Arnold Weekend Update....

What can I say??? The best weekend in a very long time. I had a blast and probably need another day off of work just to recover. Lots of hard work and three very late nights! I worked the Champion Nutrition booth with Heather (www.heatherkeckler.com), Karen & Steve. I can't even consider it work we all had such a great time. Saturday was crazy, so many people. Champion introduced two new Pure Whey flavors one of them my new personal favorite.....cookies and cream. Everybody loved it, a big hit and we sold out fast. Make sure to look for this flavor and give it a try. (If you don't like it, I'll buy it from you!)
It was nice this year staying at the Hyatt. Steve made sure we all fun each night at the Big Bar on 2. On Saturday, I found a second wind or burst of energy, left the Champion crew and went to the "after" party at the Pavilion. Ran into lots of friends, had a few, danced and just hung out.
The newest issue of NPC news is out and I'm on the cover. Special thanks to J.M. for a great job on the photos and Team U coverage. As my worst critic, I felt I could of looked better for Sunday's photo shoot. I looked flat and not nearly as much detail as the day before.
Thank you to all who stopped by and said hi at the booth. Here are just a few pics of friends that helped make this weekend a special one!!
Oh, almost forgot....A BIG congratulations to my '04 Team USA teammate, Mary Lado for taking first place at the Figure International!!
XOXO
Debbie
