FYI....

Free squats - finished with 285lbs for 2 sets of 5 reps.....felt good. My training is right on target. Preparing for Junior Nationals and the Team Universe. Happy Weekend!

Superbowl Sunday

As I sit back and watch the game -(well actually the commercials, right?) I realize and reflect upon how my life has changed drastically in just one year. Instead of being surrounded be family and friends hoping to cash in on a square, eating and drinking way too much.....here I sit, by myself, at home and actually enjoying it. I've recently been told by a close friend that I have to find happiness within me, myself & I.....I've found it. I may have a funny way of showing it, but I've found it. As far as the game goes, I'm hoping that the Eagles can pull this one out. I always like rooting for the underdog and "sharing the wealth". Maybe someday I'll be reunited with some of the people I do miss seeing and hanging out with. In the meantime, good luck and I love you all.

Since this is a website dedicated to my bodybuilding and training, I'll mention that I had a great training session today....I squatted 275lbs for 6 reps.
