The Arnold Classic

A special hello to my good friend "Pumper". Thank you for sending me a few photos! I love them. It looks as though your still having fun and that's what counts!!! I really miss seeing everybody in Belleville! One of these days I'm going to surprise you all!

Just a quick "thank you" to all my family and friends for the get well wishes! I'm recovering nicely from a tonsillectomy on Friday Feb 3rd. After yet another year of numerous cases of strep and tonsillitis, it was finally time to take care of the problem. Lots of protein smoothies, liquid aminos and soup broth.....trying to steer clear of the ice cream. I'm hoping for a speedy recovery, getting back on track for another size building off-season!

Since my last update, I had a birthday and turned 38. I celebrated darn near a week. Catching up with lots of friends and family. Special thanks to my Aunt Pam, Uncle Ross & Denise who filled my special day with lots of love. I had a wonderful time, thank you!
