A few more updates....

I really do plan on getting this site updated......I promise! Things have settled down since the Team U and I'm back to 4 more weeks of hard training for the World Championships in Spain. I can't wait, I feel a lot better going into this one last time as a heavy weight....believe it or not. The team plans are just about finalized, which makes it even more exciting. I'm hoping with my experience as a three time Team USA member will be helpful to the team as we communicate and keep in touch prior to our flight. Even more exciting? Abdul, Dad & Jill will be joining us out there for a little extra American support!! We have extended the trip by a few days to relax, sight-see and enjoy some time on the beach!

Another exciting weekend will be September 10th. Representing Champion Nutrition, I will be doing my first guest posing appearance at the NPC John Simmons Classic Bodybuilding event in Belleville MI. I'm really looking forward to this, meeting new friends and fans!
