Snow, snow & more snow.....

Just like the rest of the mid-west and east coast, this was a weekend for digging out and just staying inside. Thanks to the lake effect, my area was hit with 24 inches of snow. Even with a mess like that, we still got out and made it to the gym. My off season training is going well and right on target for another sucessful summer. Stay warm and dry!!
